Shipping Policy

• Our business week is Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Office hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  
  
• We are closed on holidays.
  
  
• Most orders are received by 9:30 AM (EST) are shipped by 5:00 PM that same day.
  
  
• Most domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Large or bulky items, such as the Canine Cooler, are shipped via UPS.
