From time to time we send an email message to our customers. If you do not wish to receive email from us, please check the "Send No E-Mail" box below and we will remove your email from our marketing contact list.
From time to time we also send postcards or flyers to our customers. If you do not wish to receive these mailings from Extended Years, please check the
"Send No Extended Years Catalogs or Mailers" box below and we will remove you from our marketing mailing list.
On occation we may allow selected companies to send mail to our customers. If you would prefer not to receive these mailings, please check the "Don't Allow Others To Send Me Mail" box below and we will refuse to share your street address with others.
After you have checked your preferences, be sure to fill in the information that follows so that we will be able to match your name and address on our customer list with your preferences.
