Injuried kitten

We own 3 cats that stay inside most of the time but we also have
a few outside cats which are strays. Unfortunately one got up
inside my wifes jeeps motor compartment, and got hurt real bad. A young kitten,it has facial cuts,not sure if it has internal damage,and broken leg. The breathing of the kitten is very fast. would some baby aspirin help with pain for the kitten. The kitten probibly won't make it through the night.
