passing blood in stool

My hamster is 2 years old and started shaking and moving slowly a few weeks ago. Two days ago, I put her in her ball and after letting her roll around I discovered drops of blood on the floor and on the inside of the ball. I also noticed one solid piece of stool. The next day her eye swelled shut. What do you think is wrong?
