Cat With Chylothorax

I have been having a terrible time with my 16 year old cat, Rascal. I took him to a homeopathic vet and he is currently on Rutin,two supplements (DMG and proanthrozone) and Spironolactone for fluid build-up in his chest cavity. Rascal was diagnosed in late February and has had to have his chest tapped 7 times. Has anybody out there had success with a holistic remedy to treat this horrible disease? Thanks in advance for your help!
