neutered tom still spraying

PLease, please help I have a 2 year old red point siamese named Blue, who was neutered at about 9 months old.
We then had a guest move in who brough another neuterd tom into the hose and started spaying, the guest and the other tom left the house and Blue stoped for a while inside, but then we got a male pup whippet and again contiues to spray on walls furniture and anything that he can find. It really is causing touble in our home and I would like any information on how to stop this....!
