beagle mix

our beagle mix was eating grass when we were outside and I know that makes them throw up. The problem is that, when we came back in, she started eating anything she could find that would make her vomit (sock, corner of a rug, paper, etc).
Have you ever seen anything like this? She has thrown up most of it but is now just swallowing hard. I know there is more in her belly but don't know what to do for her. She is 7 years old.
