If she is showing signs of a bladder infection: eg distress when urinating, and/or urinating frequently, or in unusual places - try homeopathic Cantharis 30C and give this 4 times daily. If the blood is quite noticable but no other symptoms, Phosphorus 30C 4x daily.
Even when these remedies improve the situation, still important to get the vet to check her to check out kidneys, poss. of infection, etc. You can treat these homepathically, if you wish.
