My dog has a small round bump on his back? Help??Posted by NANCY (68.26.36.157) on August 01, 2007 at 20:42:56: I've just noticed that my dog has a very hard round bump on his back. It's as small as a marble and hard as a rock. Is there any suggest as to what it is? I took him to the vet and the vet says that it was cause by an infected flea bite? I know that must not be true.
