I believe the best natural treatment is a combination of homeopathics and herbs - gets rid of the worms, without damaging the body, as the chemical treatments can.
You should be able to find an on-line holistic animal practitioner who can supply this: google and see! But generally, the herbs are: Black Walnut Hulls, wormwood, and hawthorn, and the homeopathics: Arsenicum.
: Our border collie mix has a "weak" heartworm infection. Cannot find a homeopathic vet in my town, only a vet practice that uses some natural txs. Need advice! about txs.
