: I've just noticed that my dog has a very hard round bump on his back. It's as small as a marble and hard as a rock. Is there any suggest as to what it is? I took him to the vet and the vet says that it was cause by an infected flea bite? I know that must not be true. Any help??
any other symptoms? Vomiting, diarrhea, lethargic, is he/she eating ok?
