If by drugs you mean homeopathic treatment for epilepsy, dont worry Suji - the homeopathic potency is not the same as with herbs or drugs - it's not dependent on size or weight, but rather, what strength best suits the individual's circumstances. So one would take into account, for example, how strong the animal's vital force is, how severe is the epilepsy, what other elements might be in play - eg emotional/mental/spiritual as well as physical. If your little dog does have a reaction you need to let your homeopath know.
