Histocytoma

Hi
My pointer puppy 3.5 months has histocytoma or a raised pink hairless tumor on her back leg above her foot. It's quite big. It looks like another small one a little higher up nearer to the knee is starting. Are there any homeopathic remedies that can help?
She also has worms and vomited twice last night with nasty diarrhea and visible worms. She wasn't eating and her stomach was making all sorts of noises. I thought about sulphur??? I also thought about Puls as she was abandoned on the street went to a pound then found me. I have only had her two weeks. She is very sociable active loving to everyone she meets and not afraid of anything execpt storms small dark room or halls. I hope someone call help
