Thuja is the classic vaccine detox remedy. I also use Kali Phos, in case of any nerve damage. You can get the two combined, if you order from online animal naturopath clinics. Use potency 30C for the Thuja, and 6x for the Kali Phos: give it three times daily for five days.
Finally I had to do mandatory rabies to my mini pudel 1.5 y.o.
