Histocytoma and allergies

My puppy Stella (1 year and a half)I have been told has this. It is on her lower left side of her lip. It has been a month; and has grown quite a bit..mainly black. My vet it may go away within a couple of months..or I could asperate it and biospy it or remove it surgically. She feels it is benign but admits she is not God. Not sure what to do.

Stella has had a lot of health issues. I got her from a filthy puppy mill. I now have to inject her with a serum for allergies. There are so many things she is allergic to. This summer was much worse than the last. We were going to use a chinese remedy for preventative..but after food and enviormental allergy testing it was too overwelming. Because she is so young my vet was too concerned about this next spring not to go and try desensitizing to the top 14 things she is allergic too..that I have no control over. I hope I am doing the right thing. The vet Dr Schless of Woburn, ma feels we should know if this will work within 6 months.
