I HATE RAINROAT

My horse has rainrot on his left front leg, it sometimes spreads under his chest and to teh other leg, i tryed skin spray didnt work, i can usually controll it so it doesent spread nay where else but his leg, ive been told athleats foot cream helps, i othen rinse it with bedadine but its getting cold and dont want his legs and chest to be soaked. does anyone have any sugestions???
