Both chiropractic and acupuncture have had excellent results but as to whch of the two would bring the best results for your horse would depend on what the problem was determined to be. Chiropractic is usually used for misalignments but acupuncture can help with arthritis(excellent for this), pain, and anything to do with nerve stimulation, nerve pain, and nerve damage. For this reason acupuncture might be the treatment of choice. Some supplements that may help are MSM, alfalfa tablets( 75-100 a day), and wheatgrass.All are available at any health food store.
