It sounds like you dog may have chronic kidney failure. We had our oldest shepard put down because of that. He had the same syptoms, drinking a lot, shaking constantly and weak hind legs which were worse because of his hip dsyplasia.
Please take her to the vet to see if this is what is wrong.
