I just discovered my 4 yr old lab has a golf ball size mass/lump on her back upper thigh area, and a small soar. She is acting/walking normally, though wants to lick it. It kind of looks like it might be infected, so I applied neosporin. She has always suffered with allergies (unknown what she is allergic to) that cause her to chew at her feet, but has never had anything like this. Im very worried, any ideas? Is 4 yrs old too young for cancer? Could it be a cyst?
